Requirement of Electronic Relay for AVR

dear Sir,

We have a AVR of Andrew Yule & Co. ltd., Kolkatta. The details of AVR is as follows

Capcity :350 KVA /415 V

Type- RDOR 121/05

Sr.No. 06/95/051

ON Load Voltage Regulator Unit 3 Phase 4 wire

In this the Electronic relay Brentford unit Sr. No. 95/10/89 is not functioning properly

so kindly advise us from where and how we purchase the new electronic relay of the said AVR and also want a quatation of the same.
