In static liquid pressure is caused by its weight then what are the other parameters that cause pressure in liquid flow?

Pump doesn't pump pressure. It is only the resistance to the flow that causes pressure. With the impeller design we measure only the head for fluids. Equivalent pressure is being calculated. For ex: If a pump's head is 40 MWC (Meter water column) Its equivalent pressure is (40/10.3) approx 4 bar.(since 1bar = 10.3 MWC)
