Allowable Stress Value for SA-572

Dear all, I want to know the allowable stress value for SA-572 Gr 60. I have tried to search it through Sec II Part D, but couldn't find anything about this. In Sec II part A , its tensile and yield strength are given as 75 and 60 ksi respectively. can we use the minimum of .67*Yield St. and Tensile St/ 3.5. Best Regards & Thanx.
