Computer Monitor problem

	whenever i start PC my monitor (LG SXGA 700E) green LED starts blinking very fast but does not display anything. Then gradualy blinking of LED goes slower and after @ 25 minutes it displays menu etc. what colud be the possibel reason,can it be repair?
