it s made of circular disc provided wit 6 degree of freedom , the movements are provided by cylinders

That sounds like the answer to the question - it is to provide the facility where a disc is needing 6 degrees of freedom provided by cylinders.

In simulators either flight or cars. Some simple devices are used to entertain as space travel simulators.

All companies have such simulators for check of the pilots and before real flights pilots learn on such simulators how to react to different flight conditions.
