400 kV Line

I would like to know what is the minimum distance to kept for any playground/school horizontally from 400 kV transmission line?

For 400 Kv minimum phase to earth clearance requirement is 3.65 meters and the height of conductor from ground is minimum 7 meters. The power company would have procured land at least at the transmission line tower footing and mark a boundary that is their domain.
