can anyone help me to find the circuits for mobile receiver which interacts with sim and it will as cheap as possible?

What do you want to do ?

Read the sim

clone the sim

or make a reciever to listen in to the sims telephone calls.

next question do you mean a sim from a mobile phone ?

i ask because if this is what you want to do i would say from a hobby point of view it would be impossible to build a 800 to 950 Mhz receiver that would decode the information on a sim

you misunderstand the complexity of a mobile phone receiver

i want to make a simple receiver chip (along with buzzer) which can interact with SIM and called by any other mobile, it will give a ring.
