Designer/Consultant for Plate Bending Machine Required

Let me think about this for a minute....

A non-hydraulic plate bending machine...hydraulic with pre-bending facility. A bad designer would have no problem with this, but a good designer might be a bit stumped. Maybe a lawyer could figure it out?

After we put our numbers into alphabetical order, how will you unscramble them into the correct order for, say, a telephone number?

Rubles I could believe, but rubies??

Those requests show a growth of the Indian industry since over last year (or about) it is the 3rd contact for such machines. The first was the designer of a huge machine unable to make any computation and who asked me to help him but of course for nothing since his bosses were not able to understand the needs being to low level. Of course I did not make them earn a LOT of money for nothing. The project was not OK and in bad need of a redesing in order to respect the requirements. The second appeared a few month ago. Now the 3rd, of course I would like to participate at such a project which VERY interesting from many points of view (especially high pressure -10000 psi and above- servohydraulics for tight tolerances) but the experience with first contact cools me. The first one was even not able to do a similitude analysis to help himself in the choice of basic dimensions. The OP shows that this company manufactures small bending machines for quite thin and slim sheets and wants to become active in the field of thick and large sheets and also in higher strength materials. It is not illogical for the one who tries to read between the lines. It is in fact coherent with the general trend of indian industry. As a by note the indian money is the "rupie". Interesting, this sounded like an industrial accident waiting to happen... Sorry for the confusion however my humor did mean rubies as rubies are worth more than rupee's. Just could not remember how to spell it so I bet if I did a pun, I knew that someone could not resist to correct me and the answer would be revealed since I was too bored to Google it; as you very kindly revealed it.
