it's CFM not CMF

CFM air flow in cubic feet / min

Q = V X A in CFM

V = Air velocity in feet per min

A = Duct cross section area in squire feet

According to the LynDoor Intergalactic Dictionary CMF is the Country Music Factor that affects the duct size. Take the square of the inverse of the duct area and multiply that by the funk factor.

This gives you the duct size.

HELLOOOOO

CMF - Cubic Minutes per Foot

Multiply the length of the country music track (minutes) by the length of the duct (feet) then divide by 3.14159265358979323846264338327950288419716939937510

Very easy every Ahu has a cfm rating ask manufature then get a ductulater and that will tell you the amount of duct and size.Also ductulator will keep the volume within the cfm rating for the amount of straight run and turns needed also the amount of drops.the ductulator will also help in sizing the return.the ductulator is a little hard to understand at first.you can get the ductulator at any supply house that sells duct ie.. Anderson
