How to Calculate Steam Flow Rate for Following Condition

hello friends,

i am having Stainless Steel pipe of OD 51mm , Steam pressure 300kpa, lenth About 1.7 meter, To heat Mash Grain Spent 150 HL/HR.

Can I get the steam flow rate to choose the control valve on same line???

he might be read somewhere that electricity is flow of electron.
