Load Calculation & Load Balanceing

if one house double story(eight room) and have eight Air conditioner two refrigrator one defrezor six bathroom water heater each room have also fane & condence lamp and tube Lights,one water motor, how u will calculate the load formula and how you will request of three phase if all is running how many load will be there if half or some working how you will check load balancing?
