The mean is the sum of all static divise divided by the number of entries. Calculating the standard deviation is much more complicated. Also, please don't shout.

The meaning of "static device" in electrical engineering is a device which has no moving parts - say a transformer or transistor, A relay or motor has moving parts and is not "static".

(1) Improve your Basic English knowledge.

(2) Learn correct spelling- " Device" ( Unless you are in other countries

than India).
