3 phase load requrements

if the measured values for line to line voltage and line curent is 230V and 250 amps.. what should be the minimum and maximum range so i can tell that it is a balance 3 phase load..
i need a websites or source that will check this range..thx

"Balanced" would be 230-230-230 and 250-250-250 respectively. Anything outside of that is unbalanced.

Maybe what you meant is "What is an acceptable level of voltage and current imbalance" and the answer to that is... it depends.

Different types of loads can tolerate different amounts of imbalance. As a general rule though, motors want to see no more than a 5% voltage imbalance but must be de-rated starting at just 1%. Resistive heaters on the other had couldn't care less.

Different power utilities have different tolerances they consider acceptable, they are the best place to start, then look at what the equipment you are using can tolerate before deciding what to do about it.

Why does it need to be balanced?

Isn't that what the neutral conductor is for?
