Is there any commercially available CDMA transceiver chip, which can be used in wireless sensor network?

There are plenty to choose from.

Try an internet search for "CDMA RF transceiver" or similar. Also try the websites of the major radio semiconductor manufacturers such as Maxim, Xemics, Micrel, Philips, Sony, etc
