Bad Diodes to Spot Concealed Weapons.

Ohio State University has developed a 'bad diode' that might someday replace X-rays in airport security screenings. The sensor may also be able to be used to help pilots navigate in bad weather.

As far as I'm concerned...if they can get rid of X-rays zipping through my body, potentially screwing up my genes, I'll buy into it.
