Flash Back Arrester

Hi, is it necessary to Provide Flash back Arrester To Both The Sides of Cutting Set. Means Near to Torch side & Near to Cylinder side. Only Torch Side Is Sufficient or Not ?

Flashback arrester near the regulator, and no-return valve near the torch. In each hose.
