Manufacturing Process

What are manufacturing processes? Which manufacturing process will be best as a project for students.? Please help.

This question is too wide-ranging to admit an easy answer. There are a great many manufacturing processes, such as:

receiving raw goods
cutting
turning
bending
stamping
punching
drilling
milling
grinding
polishing
assembling
testing
packaging
shipping
invoicing
...and maybe some others interspersed through there.

Any given product may use some of these steps, but not necessarily all.
