Formula for High Pressure Water Jetting Tube Cleaning

any body tell me what is the formula for pressure set in hp jetting machine for any tubler exchanger for high pressure water jetting . for example one fix tube sheet exchanger need a hp jetting, but i have no idea to pressure set on the gauge of machine to clean the tubes of exchanger.

There is no formula for getting the tubes cleaned by HP jetting pressure calculation. It depends on the type of scale and the tube material. Still experienced operators starts with lower side pressure and after seeing the results increases in steps. Some times hard scaling takes a lot and still do not get rid of from the tube wall. In those cases you may have to try mechanical cleaning.

i m so confused and i m not satisfy this answer plz help me for this if i know the size and material of the tube then we find the pressure? for example 3/4 inch dia of the tube having 18 bwg and material of tube is c.s then we fined the h.p pressure for cleaning of tube please help me
