It depends upon the amount that it is used, the ferocity with which it is used and how well it is looked after while it is being used. It depends on the amount of grit in the fuel. It also depends upon water quality factors - pH, total dissolved solids, total settleable solids, concentration ratio, blowdown frequency, dissolved oxygen levels, etc. It depends upon the steaming rate. It depends upon the boiler pressure, the steam quality and the silica content of the water.
In general, there aren't the sorts of things that can be put into a simple equation.
