You should be able to reverse polarity of the charger at the wall, but not at the mobile.

There's no reason to stand on your head while doing this.

You mean the power plug in your office is mounted such that if you plug in the charger it is difficult to connect to mobilephone?

If yor charger has only 2 pins then it can be connected anyway.

I know that plugs & sockets in Indo-Pak-Bangla-Desh there is hardly a standard like in UK or USA with 3 pins .

But for these is also a solution to use upside down by removing the Earth pin, as Mobiles chargers has no active earth connection and it is safe to use like that.

I think there is no charger has 2 pins in output but like :

It is not clear whether in "But for these is also a solution " 'these' refers to Indo-Pak-Bangla-Desh plugs or to UK/USA ones. It is not safe (though technically possible, with some damage (or un-recommended flitching) to insert plugs upside-down in the UK.

On the UK 3 pin mains (240V AC) plugs, the earth pin is longer than the live and neutral so that when the plug is inserted in the socket, it releases the catches to the covers that prevent one sticking anything in the live and neutral holes. Whilst these covers and catches are plastic and therefore can be broken, I wouldn't recommend doing that in the work place since the socket would then fail the electrical inspection. I'm sure repeated damage wold result in an investigation and some form of disciplinary action for criminal damage.

Secondly, if you look at the chargers for Sony Eriksson phones, you will see they have 2 pins at the phone end.

They can only be inserted one way on the phone

Simply, turn off the breaker..remove cover then remove the 2 screws at the top and bottom of the plug-in. Rotate plug-in 180, replace screws and cover and turn breaker back on and your done...5 min tops. Or ask your buildings maintanence people to do it for you.
