Sir, any body could guide me I am facing problem in my office in the GPRS System. Actually , we have 200 taxies , in each Taxi , we fixed a device, called Mobile communication Terminal(MCT) which receives the send message from our Control Room, from where we send message, in Text format, to pick up the customer from X place and drop the customer at Y Place and also that device(MCT) display the traveled rent. In this way we manage our 200 taxies.

The problem is this that when we sent message/address (in text /data message) to Taxi driver's MCT device, the message would not display in MCT device many times, rather it would bounce back in our Dispatcher's Computer(Control Room).

This cause the great communication gap between Control Room and Taxi driver and we loss our valued customer and business.

Sir, tell me the whole Architect of this communication or tell the concerned website to look into for complete structure of this communication. Any body can mail me also.
