Thanks But i just need to find one so that i can talk to them. I have a investor and i em going to apply for a Grant for my patent. I just need a Engineer to give me a estament of Building the Railroad Car that replace Ties on the Run. And a Few ether Things. I live in Sarasota Fl USA And if they can help me? the money will go to the engineer if they can give me a good ball park figger of the cost of putting it together.

Rushton,

Before investing any more money take a look at REPLACING RAILROAD TIES. There are other types of trains which remove the old ties, stow them on-board as well as carry a supply of new ties, all on the same train.

Your idea may be better, but just know that the technology and equipment exist today.

Without knowing the complexity of your machine, all I can say is expect it to be in the millions for the first one.

This smacks of trying to reinvent the wheel!

The machines are out there, tried and tested. It would take millions to develop, I doubt any manufacturer would take the risk.
