If all else fails, being that you have only had "15 days of use" you may want to try and get your money back and purchase a better unit.

If it was only 15 days old you should have taken it back to the retailer for replcement. I hope you haven't invalidated you guarantee by taking it apart

Thanks for advise.Within guarantee the defets had been rectified. The coupler is mistake.basic desgin problem.I wonder Why the company is not approched the customers for replacement in defects.Name is PREETHI.

Personally, I have the Bullet Magic and the Ninja. Both perform daily for over 7 months without any trouble.

1) Your purchase, any brand, must immediately be returned to get a new and satisfactory tool for your home. You are the customer and customer is king!

2) Handling is important because the treads are thin.
