Welder Re-Qualification Requirment

what is the criteria for requlification of welder- or other words , on how much percentage rejection of weldment , welder should go for requalification - ( rejection per lenght of joints/ number of filims)

There is not a hard standard - It depends on how much repair work your willing to accept.

Depending on the initial "qualification" procedure (compliance to which code), re-qualification may not be the answer. Additional training or possibly re-assignment may be required.

AWS specifies re-qual if longer than 6 months elapse without striking an arc in the qualified position.
