kindly please advise the redius of protection of the ground bed anode mounted vertical below the ground 100M depth.

You have not provided enough information, two critical factors that you have neglected to mention are wether you are utilising sacrificial or impressed anode technology, and the results of the soil resistivity survey?

If soil resistivity variations can be neglected, it will be the same as putting the ground bed 100 M apart in horizontal direction from the structure to be CP.
