If the number of their respective poles is in inverse ratio to their rpm's, there will be no serious issues.

Nothing will happen if question is posted with out clarity, It will only confuse to other people,

What do you mean by connected in parallel? electrically parallel or do you mean their shafts are coupled? or something else?

If connected MECHANICALLY in parallel, the faster motor will attempt to drive the slower one and cause it to regenerate, but with the effect of probably overloading the faster one, unless it is larger by a factor of the TOTAL load requirement PLUS the total power capacity of the smaller motor.

If you didn't understand what I just said, you are in over your head. Hire a professional.
