Glow in the dark lightbulbs

Pretty neat idea, they're fluorescent tubes, That glow with a blue-green light when the power goes out. Sort of emergency lighting for about an hour.

A great example of pulling different technologies together for a new product. The question is, why marrying the same properties of the stick-on glow in the dark stars in my child's bedroom (it was a glowing Count Chockula pendant when I was a kid) with coated fluorescent lights hasn't been done before?
