Can you tell me the limiting value of LP Compressor Cylinder of 2 stage RPC. When it is required to be resleeve.

This would depend on specific manufacturer and piston ring design, but something like D/1000 would be sensible.

Thanks for your reply and Our Reciprocating compressor which has two LP cylinder and diameter of 215 mm and HP cylinder of 156 mm manufactured by KG Kosla (Spare parts are imported from Austria) with 100 HP motor. The ovality of LP cylinder is 100 micron. Compressor is throwing oil during it run. We are in dilamma to go for resleev or not. If we go this oil throwing problem will get solve or not?.. Your advise will be great full for me,...

Speak to the manufacturer, they will supply the info. We can only give general guidance here.
