Forget to work in a specific filed, Let the job chose you don't try to chose a job, You can be selected if you dream to work any thing that is assigned to you,

Hello

Though you got high credits in your study, from your english (what you have wrote here), I think, you are failing in interviews. Academic success is one thing and overall sharpness is something different.

Please try to have good command on english and the confidence. If all industries are looking for only experienced persons, we can say everything has just stalled. You need more versatality.

I dont know...why people think about English.ofcourse English is must. But it is need to communicate people. We dont bother about fluent English.Because we are indians.Talent is to improve or modify the existing things or invent the new things in respective fields. In this aspect Fluent in English need not must. So, I think Industries want only communication..Then...from India,no one became a Scientist.

No, you are misunderstanding.

I am also from India. What you say is totally wrong. Who says, because we are Indians, we do not bother about fluent english. Ultimately, if you can not communicate the interviewer that you ARE talented in your engineering skills, how he will know that and will select you.

Being Indian should not be excuse.

This also doesn't mean that industries want communicators. But you need to communicate what you are to Industries.

Your above comment is also full of bad english.

If you don't yet have past job references, can you ask some of your previous class professors for recommendations?

Best of luck in your career searches.
