What Material is Known as BAS400?

Can anybody tell me what material is BAS400??

This material is specified for a disk between 2 flanges in a retractable thermowell. This is as it is specifiec DISK ø92ø49x2 BAS400.

A type of epoxy, perhaps? Fifth item in the list, in the following link:
