Yes but for reduced voltage

Increased voltage to maintain V/Hz ratio.

Yes... and no.

That vague answer is the result of a vague question. If you provided details of what you want to accomplish, the answers will be more relevant. Motor voltage, supply voltage and application would be the least of the necessary information.

There are many threads available in this forum for the questions of using 50 Hz motor in 60 Hz supply and vice-versa. You can search for them. Here is one related to this question:

If it's a "universal" (carbon brush) type, the answer is yes. If it's a synchronous or squirrel cage one, the rotation speed will be higher with 20 %. In addition, either you can increase the voltage or the output power will be less.

Some manufacturers have designed their equipment to run on 50Hz/60Hz.So if your motor is rated at 50Hz/60Hz frequencies,Then you can run 50Hz motor on 60Hz frequency supply network.

As you have asked a "general" question with no exact details, i can only answer your question in general terms, taking that all things are equal and the motor you ask about is suitable. with that said here's my general answer.

Yes!

By applying the "Laws of Affinity", (google it) these laws will tell you what to expect in regards to power output, RPM, etc, etc, from SUITABLE motors THAT can operate at both the frequencies you've asked about, and at frequencies between a maximum and minimum, as you expect to get from a VSD/VFD (Variable Speed Drive/Variable Frequency Drive) where the Hz output is varied.

Please search in the forum for VSD/VFD, there are some VERY good answers, and maybe some that will save you asking more questions, as they will fit your application

So if you have a 50Hz motor and want to run it at 60Hz, and vice versa.. then the answer will be in the forum somewhere. Happy hunting!!
