Hi,

What is meant by Elongation % in the stress analysis.I had been given tensile stress value and elongation %.how can find the yield stree and youngs modulus so that i do stress analysis?

You can not. Please study the mechanical testing of materials.

YS, UTS, %E, RA, Impact (KU/KV) etc are all largely independant values and they (at least the first four) define the stress strain curve through rupture.
