Blogging in July

According to the blog trackers at Technorati, bloggers created 900,000 posts per day in the month of July. That's 37,500 posts per hour or 10.4 blog entries per second. The all-time posting record to-date was just over 1.1 million per day in early July after the Live 8 fundraising concerts and the announcement of Justice Sandra Day O'Connor's retirement from the U.S. Supreme Court.
