My company makes wallpadding for gym walls, made of foam, 7/16" OSB covered with vinyl. I was on a jobsite today where the OSB was extremely warped. After nearly 20 years in this business, I have never seen OSB warp...we (as well as other mfr in the industry) use OSB, in lieu of plywood, because of it's "resistance" to warping.
Has anyone heard of OSB warping. These pads are installed in a climate controlled wrestling room, on a well insulated exterior wall.
Any comments / insight would be greatly appreciated.
