What is the physical significance of KVAR (reactive power), KW(active power). How is KVAR generated & how does it effect the system? But if KVAR is not considered a real power then why do we call it power?

Open up your textbook and read.

It would be very helpful for you to know and fully understand what a vector is and how to do vector calculations.
