Elastic And Non Elastic Water Column In Turbine Designs

i a m doing a project on hydro power plants. i started to do my simulation using PSCAD. in that when I select the turbine model it asks for turbineswith non-elastic and elastic water column with surge tank. Bt in the power system am interested is a francis turbine.

so can anyone please help me to find the correct model for this
