Calibration Method for Temperature Controller

Look on your country requirements, and what your all customers ask for, Then make or chose the standard that can satisfy all,

If JIS 1601(1983) is obsolete then there must be newer revisions to supersede the same, and is applicable on current date,Its just a question of searching for latest revision,

Your method look ok to me if you are manufacturer of temp controller, But if it is a temp controller fixed on some machines in your process then I think it should be calibrated with temp sensor connected with it by exposing sensor to calibrated hot oil bath or hot air oven,

thank for your reply ,actualy i am doing calibration job for customer ,the standard we use to do for temperature controller is JIS 1601(1983) ,but now is already obsolute ,this stanadard is use a temperature calibrator to send signal to a temperature controller ,and check is the reading is accurate or not ,but since this standard is already obsolute ,some customer query my calibration procedure ,so i need to find a replacement standard which is using the smilar method ,and i dont see any method which is replace this standard and this standard is no more able to purchase from any source.
