Huh?

Is there really "...a microprocessor based control system." inside this tool:

And what does a link to your business have to do with pneumatic impact wrenches?

[edit] I am assuming (we all know about that) this nutrunner is for tires. Can you tell us if that is really the case? As I consider, #1 may be a proper suggestion.

Here is a bunch of stuff on nut runners: http://www.google.com/search?sourceid=ie7&q=nut+runner&rls=com.microsoft:en-us:IE-SearchBox&ie=UTF-8&oe=UTF-8&rlz=1I7ACEW_enUS408US408

There seems to be some confusion between impact wrenches and nut runnners, so you need to be clear about what you are trying to do:

1) Put a nut onto the end of a stud or bolt and tighten it up over a short distance.

2) Grip around a nut somewhere in the middle of a threaded rod and run the nut for a considerable distance.

I believe an impact wrench or nutrunner may not be what you are really needing.

Perhaps you are looking for a torque wrench? This is the way to ensure your required 140 N-m.

Impact wrenches (rattle guns) are fairly crude in torque setting - the regulated ones are better, but not really 'good enough' for such as tightening down head studs.

What you probably seek is a Pneumatic torque wrench

For large production and non specific torque needs many good impact wrenches can be found with limiters. I like them for dismantling purposes, but for specific torquing during fabrication, I would rather use a good torque wrench. Cheap impact wrenches and limiters are just not accurate enough and final torque can vary by as much as 40%.
