Coal Fired Cell & Tube Type Water Heating System

i want to make a coal fired cell & tube type water heating system .the capacity of heating system is 2500 liters per hour & temperature of hot water should be 105 degree centigrade from ambient. so please suggest me the about system like: what should be the capacity of heat exchanger in metre squre ,diementions of furnace & heat exchanger,temperature of hot flue gases, total capacity of heating system in kilo calorie, . how much coal is used per hour ( indonesian coal ) ,

Get a team of designers or engineers to nail it up. If it might fail, possibly burst together with your operator, they will be imprisoned instead of you.

105°C is higher than the boiling point for water at atmospheric pressure. If this is what you really need, it moves your heater into the category of low-pressure boiler rather than just a heater. It may then require a pressure vessel, and is likely to require higher levels of permits and licenses to build, install, and operate it.

If you heat 2500 L/h of water from 20°C to 95°C, this is a certain amount of sensible heat. Going to 105°C requires boiling; i.e., latent heat, which requires about 8.4 times as much heat input.

Thus you should clarify what temperature you really need, and why.
