Hi I have published a prep kit in 2007 and it was available on CD.Titled Millwright exam questions 720. However I removed it from the market due to it being pirated. It was tiring chasing down all of the people trying to profit from it. I now run a tutoring service. I have distance education programs available to prepare for the Millwright exam. My location is in ontario. My name is Mike Biro and I have prepared over 400 students for this exam. I provide support for all them until they pass. You can do a google search on my name to find my contact info. I also post Kijiji ads in Ontario. Sincerely Mike Biro

Hi...do have tutoring connections in BC? If yes what would the cost be? And what would be the chance of passing the exam? Are your questions from the actual red-seal exam? please let me know Ontario is out of my jurisdiction...your help would greatly be appreciated. Thanks

Hi You would have to call your Ministry office for further guidance on study material or Tutors in your area. Most colleges in Ontario offer these courses but they cost over 300 and their success rate is very low. Start by purchasing a BC Millwright manual.

I have no connections in BC.

No one should have questions from the exam, that would compromise the integrity of the test and the ministry would issue a new test.

I have taught the whole course in Ontario so I am very used to formulating questions that cover the whole curriculum. I also give one on one support to my students until they pass, that happens very infrequently at most Colleges in Ontario. These are usually night courses which run 10-12 weeks and are taught by the most junior teachers at a low rate of pay. I have had many frustrated students who have completed these and their marks went down. Always ask to meet the teacher who is teaching these courses. I have learned through many years of experience that a course in technology is only as good as the teacher teaching it. You want an experienced individual that can provide real life examples. In order to teach effectively a teacher must have many years in the field and have a higher level of Education than his or her students.

Essentially my students tap into almost 30 yrs of experience, 12yrs Teaching this course and my degree which has enabled me to identify specific weaknesses in students whether it be math or reading. My main focus is helping each of my students pass this difficult exam.

The student needs to expose themselves to multiple choice questions which use the same types of tricks. Wording that is strange and not often used by Millwrights is used. You need to learn your theory in detail and read slowly in order to arrive at the MOST correct answer. Having support from an experienced trade teacher helps.

I hope this helps. Sincerely Mike
