JIS Pipe

I have a project that using JIS Pipe material. My question is about the specification:

1.For SGP Pipe/meeting JIS G3452, there are any pipe bigger than 500mm OD? Where we may know the dimension standard?

2. What the meaning of letter Mn in specification SGP-E-Mn?
