What is the specification of N2 to use it as gas space

Nitrogen for oil-filled transformer blanketing should meet ASTM D-1933 Type III, with -59C dewpoint, as specified in IEEE C-57.12.00-1993, paragraph 6.6.3. See the following good reference regarding transformer maintenance:
