what the material is content in SS rod &MS rod?

what material is using in engine piston and valves normaliy?

Well!

SS means Stainless Steel/ MS is Mild Steel - Unalloyed low carbon steel

Well for mild steel, the composition is carbon (very small amount) and iron. Here the link to carbon steel.

As for stainless steel, it has a minimum of 10.5% chromium which gives it's characteristic corrosion resistant properties. Here is the link to the wikipedia article.
