Do you have excessive voltage applied to the motor? Check your wiring and power supply voltage.

Hmm maybe too much oil or the wrong oil in the 2 stroke mix.

Does the motor keep running or does is sputter and die?

Could also be running too hot and the paint is burning off.

Or the rocker cover is weeping oil and the oil is being burnt off the exhaust manifold.

Trying to run a petrol motor on diesel fuel.

injector pump misaligned and out of tune.

Valve guides are worn.

Shorted turn in the windings.

excessive load for the motor rating.

Motor decided time for smoko as per union rules....

It is like attempting to solve a problem with several unknowns and without any clue. Basic information is lacking in OP. Also I find OP is indifferent on efforts by experts, may be enjoying it for his stupid question.

No Coolant/Antifreeze in radiator.

Broken water pump belt.

Radiator fan not coming on.

Pulling too heavy of a load.

No oil in crankcase.
