Is it possible that powerful camera flash will cause electrocution when any HV lines are passing nearby?

A powerful camera flash can result in a nasty Sunburn:

But electrocution? How? And just how nearby?

Don't know about the HV lines, BUT a high power flashgun can give a fatal shock. I calculated that one of my 1.25KJ units was rated at 600V @ 400A
