AD73360 Chip - Malfunctioning?

Greetings!

Has anybody worked with AD73360?

In my system im using this chip for digital conversion.im programming the chip through dsp to sense signal data and transmit that to the processor. its working in data mode.

I wish to know if anybody of you have found malfunctioning in the chip at any sensitive level.

Actually im working with accelerometers and digits of accuracy at adc o/p are my matter of concern. i need to know the tolerance in adc o/p due to any variation whether due to temperature or any other factor.

My system needs to be maintained at 60 degrees in operation
