Cross Check of flow rate

AOA,

Dears,

i want to cross check flow of methane gas, i have a flow meter which given the value in cubic meter/hour, through a orifice plate but i did not know that they given the correct flow rate.

Based on machine capacity to calculate the theoretical flow in your system. We used to do that and found the meter is 30% incorrect compared to actual flow.

Otherwise, we need to install the other meter in parallel or in series to the existing one to cross check with each other.
