Quest for Large Diameter Special Hoses

I am in the need for 6",8",10" 12" Hard Wall Suction Hose in lengths of 200 Plus Feet each section. Pressure rated at 400 PSI, Tensile Strength of 12,000 lbs vertical. Service is Seawater inside & out. Must have UV & Ozone protection. Approved Certifications from ABS, DNV, & GL is a Must. Must have Flame Test Approvals For Fire Water Service. Must have tight bend radius. My service is for offshore Vessels.

I have found small companies willing to manufacture it to these specs, but I have to pay for all the tooling and outside testing requirements. I need hoses that will have all this in place, approvals already done. Any Help in locating these would be greatly appreciated.

So far, Your right On.

I haven't found any other than special made as I'm currently doing. It's just my supplier is limited to 200 ft.

All I can think of that might meet the specs is the stuff they use on oil rigs. I googled oil rig hoses.

talk to Tecnip-Coflexip. they have something up to 6" available. perhaps larger in different designs.

Thanks Kramarat.

The Oilfield is the market I'm in. Most of the hoses made for the oil rigs such as Kill & Chock hose will work but are nut made in the lengths and sizes I need.

I wonder if dredge hose would work? Maybe worth a few calls.
