Could you please advise the best suppliers of machinery and equipments for complete full/semi-full automatic factory for prefabrication of ( 2-4 storey) R C Buildings.

You'll need a concrete plant, some wall forms and a crane.

This question is way to broad to answer other than to say "talk with a large local or international construction company with your specific requirements". If they cannot help thay may be able to advise you who can.
