ashida trip circuit supervision relay

can anyone send me the data regarding the connection of ashida trip circuit supervision relay???????????????

i have problem in connecting this relay with panel. Both its green and red indications remain on at a time. I dont know y this happens

Have you rung the manufacturer and asked for a datasheet?
